Narzarian (Zee) Thomas Sr. joined the Innovative Roofing Group in 2016 as a Foreman in the Service Department. He is unmatched in his ability to diagnose the causes of a roof leak and is skilled and experienced in all types of repairs. We asked Zee a few questions to help our customers get to know him a little better. 
How did you get into the Roofing industry?
I got involved in the Roofing Industry a decade ago and joined Innovative Roofing Group in 2016. This month, I will reach my four-year work anniversary with IRG.
Describe your role at Innovative Roofing Group?
As a Service Department Foreman, I am dispatched daily to address the roofing needs of our awesome clients. This could be to diagnose and fix a leak, to perform a planned repair, or to perform a roof inspection or take-off. I lead a two-man team and SAFETY is always our first and top priority.
What do you like most about your job?
I really enjoy diagnosing tough roofing issues and maneuvering through challenging obstacles in satisfying our customers. I’ve been in the industry for a while now but I am still always learning. I really enjoy meeting people with different experiences and skills and learning from them.
What is your favorite memory of working at Innovative Roofing Group?
I was honored and proud to receive the Employee of the Year award at Innovative Roofing Group, my very first year on the team in 2017.
Tell us about your family
I am married with four amazing kids; one son (20) and three daughters (24, 17, and 15). My spare time is largely spent with them.
What is your favorite sports team?
Basketball is my favorite sport and, I’m all in with the Hawks, every step of the way!.
