The Simpson Organization awarded us with the contract to re-roof this 90,000 square foot business park. The cost-effective scope of work developed was an EPDM “membrane swap” which called for the movement aside of the existing gravel ballast, the removal of the existing EPDM membrane, replacing it with a new loose-laid, fully-flashed 60mil EPDM membrane, and finally redistributing the gravel ballast over the new membrane. New metal details were fabricated and installed.
