Mercer University, Davis Building

Innovative Roofing Group installed a fully adhered Flex Elvaloy KEE Single Ply membrane on the Davis Building of the Cecil B. Day Campus in Atlanta. The project required the tear off of the existing saturated Modified Bitumen roof down to the concrete deck. Directly to the deck we installed a self-adhered vapor barrier over which we installed a tapered polyisocyanurate insulation system in low rise polyurethane foam. All new edge metal was fabricated and installed.
