Innovative Roofing Group was selected for this challenging full tear-off and replacement on the high-rise, luxury condominium on Piedmont Park. The original roof system and insulation was removed and all debris was safely lowered to the ground with a safe and efficiently engineered roof mounted crane. A fully-tapered insulation package was adhered in low rise foam to the concrete deck after which a fully adhered 80mil TPO membrane was installed. The job was complicated by the placement of an extraordinary amount of roof mounted telecommunications equipment, supported by six different companies, that needed to be moved and reinstalled after the new roof was in place. This required a great deal of coordination and collaboration.
