Luis and Arlet Martinez are another family duo that we’re excited to highlight at Innovative Roofing Group. Luis has been a familiar face in the warehouse for seven and a half years, and he is now one of our trusted foremen. Roofing is part of the family trade for him. He watched his stepdad work in the industry before finally taking the leap himself. This led to an eleven-year journey in roofing. As a foreman, Luis oversees his crew handling damage assessment, fixing trouble areas, and installing new roof as needed. He gets hands-on alongside his teams, and he makes sure every project goes smoothly. Now his sister Arlet is here to assist.
Arlet is new to the roofing industry, but she already has a home with IRG. She took the opportunity to explore the field after hearing her brother talk about it fondly for some time. Stepping into roofing was a big leap from her previous work at a meat factory, but Arlet is no stranger to getting her hands dirty and taking on exciting challenges. She has been with IRG for four months, learning the trade and growing into greater responsibilities within the service department. She has a bright future with Innovative Roofing Group.
For Luis and Arlet, family motivates them. They make their team members feel at home with them, whether they are on a job site or celebrating a company event or holiday. After work, Luis likes to settle into a relaxing evening with some television or a game of pool. Arlet, on the other hand, can be found out and about, enjoying her favorite cuisine or indulging in her artistic hobbies.
