Stacey Arbee joined the Innovative Roofing Group in 2013 and now is one of the Senior Foremen in Service Department. He is one of the very best leak chasers we have ever known with a knack for correctly identifying the root causes of roof leaks swiftly and fixing them in a single visit. No small task, for those that know roofing!
How did you get into the Roofing industry?
I started roofing 15 years ago when my friend and neighbor enlisted me to help roof his house. What started as a favor for a friend has turned into a career. I’ve experienced a lot in those 15 years, including roofing the oldest skyscraper in Georgia. I’ve had the good fortune of being paired with deeply experienced team members that took an interest in me and my career development. Those positive role models made a tremendous impact on me.
Describe your role at Innovative Roofing Group?
Of course, as a Foremen in IRG’s Service Department, I am responsible for addressing emergency and scheduled repairs on client’s roofs. But, I believe my most important role is to be a role model and positive leader for the younger members of the team.
What do you like most about your job?
I feel like I’m built for roofing and what I like most is the roof itself.
What is your favorite memory of working at Innovative Roofing Group?
We get together as a team regularly at IRG but my favorite memories have been our holiday parties at Top Golf!
Tell us about your family?
My family is large, loving, caring. We are the Arbee’s!
What do you like to do in your spare time?
I enjoy barbequing and watching sports. I’m all about the Atlanta pro sports teams. I love watching my kids grow and just being their father.
