Both to ascend to the newly created positions of Executive Vice President, General Manager at the rapidly growing Atlanta commercial roofing firm
July 16, 2021, ATLANTA, GA – Innovative Roofing Group is proud to announce the promotions of Mike Cucuzza and Michael Laird to the position of Executive Vice President, General Manager. In these newly created roles, Mike and Michael will be responsible for all of the daily activities and decisions at IRG. Mike Cucuzza will directly manage the Service, Sales and Marketing departments and activities. Michael Laird will directly manage the Estimating, Project Management, Production and Sheet Metal departments and activities. They will share responsibility for the Finance and Administration functions of the company.

Mike Cucuzza arrived at IRG in early 2016 to lead the Service Department and was promoted to Vice President in 2018. Michael Laird joined Innovative Roofing in May 2018 as a Senior Estimator and Project Manager and was promoted to Vice President in 2020. Both have been in the roofing industry for more than 15 years, having spent time with some of the industry’s leading companies.
