Lovett School, Upper School & Natatorium

In the Summer of 2019, IRG installed Carlisle roofs on the Upper School Building and the Natatorium at The Lovett School in Atlanta. On the Natatorium, the roof was torn off down to the existing vapor barrier over a concrete deck. An R-20 insulation package was installed in low-rise foam followed by a fully adhered 60mil TPO membrane. On the Upper School, a fleeceback recover was specified. However, a large quantity of wet insulation was discovered during the project which necessitated it’s removal. On both buildings all new sheet metal flashings, edge details, gutters and downspouts were fabricated and installed.
