IRG successfully executed the full tear-off and replacement of the roofing system at the headquarters of Selig Enterprises in midtown Atlanta. The project was made complicated by the roof’s elevation and limited site access points but the IRG team was able to design and execute a safe and effective system for the staging of the project and trash removal. The building was dried in with a temporary roof of torch applied modified bitumen and was finished with a fully-adhered 80mil TPO membrane over tapered insulation.
