The team at Innovative Roofing Group is in exceptionally capable hands thanks to our Safety Director, Tiffany Stallion. She’s been with the company for nearly nine years, and with parents who live and breathe roofing, joining the team made perfect sense.
Tiffany previously worked as a nurse assistant, and her care for others and meticulousness followed her to IRG. Her OSHA 30-hour Certification helps the team stay safe on the job. She is also a Certified CPR Instructor and now teaches the same skills to keep our workers and others safe in emergencies.
With all the hard work that goes into her job, Tiffany enjoys the reward of celebrating with the whole company at holiday parties and employee appreciation days. It’s important to take time to come together as a team, especially in this laborious line of work. Off the clock, Tiffany loves spending time with her growing family, taking boating trips, and fishing.
